Affordable homes in Birmingham

I am pleased to announce that I’m embarking on an exciting new career challenge. I have a keen interest in property investing and property renovation, my plan is to become a buy to let property investor. My aim is to buy and rent affordable housing within the West Midlands for young working professionals and families who are finding it difficult to find affordable housing. The properties will be managed by the company, which will mean that tenants are able to save money and will not be charged unnecessary administration fees or be charged to renew tenancy agreements.

The funding will be used to create a company website and purchase the first property investment, which will allow the company to build a portfolio of affordable housing for young working professionals and families. The company website will go live on the 15th January 2017. Secondly, the first property will be purchased in February 2017 and a family or working professionals will be living in their new home in Kingstanding, Birmingham in March 2017.

I am committed to providing affordable  housing due to the fact that the government are not building enough new homes in the West Midlands for working professionals and families, and there are many people who desperately in need of quality homes.

I have not only the ability to complete this new venture successfully, but also the enthusiasm and determination to ensure that I make a success of it.
