My Constitutional Rights

I am a victim of retaliation, because I have proof a Federal Agency is using United Stateds Department of Justice Resources for Criminal Action.  The attacks against me include denial of my Constitutional Rights - I am banned from entering the Mark O. Hatfield Federal Building, I have not been afforded the right to reveal why this has occurred nor have  my effort to seek redress for this treatment been granted.  My Payroll check is being garnished- because allegedly  I did not respond to collection notice- This is untrue I sat down with Portland State University and University of Oregon  it was stated I was not in default or did I owe University of Oregon a single dime. I attended Portland State University in 1999 and University of Oregon released my Transcript;  If you are in default your transcripts aren't released.  I attended Portland Community College 2011 thru 2012 once again my transcripts were released from University of Oregon and Chemekta Community College.  When I attempted to recieve Finanacial Aid I was denied because of a default loan.  I attended and paid for College on my own with help from a displaced worker program and when I re-applied for Financial Aid I was still denied.  Once you pay for school it re-instate your Financial Aid but Some entity revoked my US Constitutional rights and this did not apply to me.  I have no Country although I live in the Greatest one in existence; based on retaliation and bullying by a Federal Agency.  But there more garnishment, Threatening Tax notices, harassment  and emotional abuse.  This is all  tremendously criminal.  The most devestating event was January 2011,  I requested an Autopsy, when my Mother was murdered at Porthaven Healthcare Center. I had  two complaints against this Nursing home and Her Healthcare provider dated 3 months earlier and I was denied an Autopsy.  Portland Police Department contacted Omega Crematorium and told them to cremate the body. Margaret Jones was murdered January 14, 2011  because she was a direct witness of criminal wrong doing by Federal Agents. Now I am recieveing threatening tax notices in the mail the day after @nicejackson (My Twitter Account),  posted on Twitter @CIA is BROKEN. This is my tweet because these foolish men believe rape, murder, and torture are available to use on US Citzens.  These broken pitiful men and women believe psychiatry is  weapon--WELL  I am 20 years of proof it is not, and The FBI must do something to protect my US Constitutional rights and I can careless if you like, Belinda Jackson- You are not doing it for me. The reason the FBI must act is because 20 years is more than enough proof I am not a criminal or crazy so I must just be a US citizen being victimized by a Federal Agency - For No Other Reason Than Because They Can!!! FBI is not doing thier Job so I must hire an Attorney --  to protect my Civil Rights, not just mine every US Citzen.
