AHS Jazz Band Festival Fund

Thirty-four Atascadero High School jazz musicians look forward to traveling to the Reno Jazz Festival to compete, attend clinics and watch performances by the top college and high school jazz bands from throughout the Western U.S. Funds raised will help cover transportation, registration fees and lodging for all students.
Under the direction of Nate Conrad, these musicians and the programs at Atascadero High School have blossomed. Mr. Conrad doesn't just let them play the notes on the page; he teaches the history, culture and theory behind the music, creating young musicians and lifetime music lovers.
AHS Band families have sold barbecue tickets, put on their winter concert, sold restaurant coupons and concessions at school events. They continue to fundraise locally to make sure every member is able to join in the music, fun and experience of a lifetime.
