Aiden's Living Well Fundraiser

I will be celebrating my Bar Mitzvah on September 1, 2018.  Part of that responsibility is to also give back to your community.  This is called “tzedakah”.

I am raising money for an organization called Living Well Cancer Resource Center in Geneva, Illinois.  Living Well is a cancer support center that provides cancer patients with free services such as counselling services, education, both patient and family support, exercise, nutrition and legal services. 

I chose this project because almost a year ago my mom was diagnosed with a blood cancer called Multiple Myeloma. This really hit me hard. My mom has used various Living Well services and I want to help other cancer patients, like my mom, continue to have a place to go to help them feel more comfortable and informed during their treatment and recovery.
