Ali's Medical Fees

Hello, 

I'm Samira and my younger cousin in Somalia is extremely ill right now. 

The picture is already gruesome but from our family's understanding, he has a tumour that keeps on growing larger and larger.  The boy is only 12 years old but he's had to put his life on hold.

Ali originally lives in the countryside but he was moved up to Mogadishu (the capital city) to see if treatment was available but the hospital informed us that:
1. they're not sure if it's just a tumour or cancer and:
2. they don't have the right equipment  to treat him or make a proper diagnosis. 

Depending on how much money is raised, options we have been looking at include India or Malaysia for treatment options. We also will look into Addis Ababa as it may be cheaper. I will definitely update this page with every movement Ali takes.

We've raised some money as a family but we're still short. We need enough to afford both him and another family member airplane tickets, a VISA to travel and money for the treatment.  He needs urgent medical care.

Once enough money has been raised, donations will be withdrawn into my personal bank account. I will then deliver these funds to my father who will wire the funds to Ali's father (Abdi Omar), who is in Somalia. All of this money will be used for expenses that have been difficult to pay for, such as treatment and travel. 

Please please help us. This young boy is literally only 12 years, he has so much to live for but his illness is stopping him from doing that and getting worse by the day. Anything is fine. Honestly, just donate what you can and if you can't, just share it!
