THREE BROTHERS...REAL LIFE SUPER HEROES
you haven't seen strong until you've seen
[ALSTROM STRONG]
The 'ALSTROM STRONG’ mission was born out of a question we asked Jenny Potter, Mom of three superhero sons afflicted with a rare genetic disorder. What would your life look like if money were no object? Through a flood of tears she explained "I would not work two jobs, struggling to make ends meet. I'd have SO much more time to spend with my children who will be taken from me far too soon. I'd have time to advocate for all their medical and educational needs. I would join or start a foundation to help other families suffering with Alstrom and work to advance research. I could cook them healthy meals that their bodies need. We'd install a pool to address their Physical Therapy needs and emotional need to connect with friends and family". Their loving loving dad (our lifelong friend), Chad Sr. also prays for their boys to have more time with their adoring mother.
We want that for them too! As close friends, it's painful to watch and not know how to help. To rescue them from what seems like a neverending, terryifing rollercoaster. Yet, somehow they find strength and joy and inspire our hearts along the way. We simply cannot comprehend their strength.
You will discover why we’ve coined their strength & this campaign “ALSTROM STRONG”. PLEASE share this campaign via email or social media. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for joining us on this journey to help our freinds.
Our prayer is to show them they are not alone and our MISSION is to eliminate any financial burden (medical expenses, mortgage, therapy services, adaptative equipment, home adaptations, communication devices, respite care & eventual funeral expenses). At its inception, we pictured their remarkable story being told on the Ellen Degeneres or Harry Show! Who could better feature five modern day superheros! We are dreaming big for the Potters.

For an inside look at their lives. Please feel free to send them encouraging notes. This would bring the boys SO much joy to know others are thinking of them!
