American flags for fallen veterans

This is the Facebook message I sent. Although my son wants to pay for the flags himself, I feel his mission will upset his college fund quite a bi so I am going to surprise him with my first "gofundme" request....
My youngest son, Landon, came to me and asked me if I could help him with a project. Me, loving to mix vinegar and baking soda together or flying a rocket high into the sky said, "Sure son, what project can I help you with?" He replied, "I want to buy a whole bunch of American flags and place them on as many military graves as I can." I was perplexed and proud at the same time.
I told Landon that I was proud of him and that I would buy the flags and we would put the flags out at grave sights on Memorial Day. Landon replied, "Dad, why do we have to wait to do this on a specific day, every day should be Memorial Day." He followed up with, "...and I don't want you to pay for the flags, I want to buy them with my money."
