Amy Bowers Trombone Solo Recordings

As many of you know, I have a passion for teaching music and playing trombone. My goal is to record the Concert and Contest Collection solos for trombone and euphonium to help young brass players learn new repetoire and inspire them to play more solo literature.

This idea was inspired from wanting my students to have recordings to listen to in preparation for my annual student recital. In the past, I recorded myself with Smart Music and sent my students those recordings to practice with.  I think it would be amazing to let other young musicians have access to my recordings via Youtube so I can inspire the next generation of brass players and especially to the ones who can not afford private lessons. 

About 3 months ago I made a collection of videos to help kids with thier California Honor Band auditions. This was very successful and I'd like to continue with this idea but with better quality recording equipment. I've attached one of the videos if you'd like to check it out.



The money raised will help pay for all the recording and editing expenses and the use of my accompanist and any other fees that are needed to fund this project.
My plan is to start recording within the next several months.
