Amy's Treatment

Recently Amy was diagnosed with melanoma she may also have ovarian cancer and is and will suffer many other health effects from cancer. Doctors are not sure how far her melanoma has spread, she needs medical exams and treatment that she can not afford. Cancer is hard enough when you have health insurance, she is paying out of pocket. Amy is a fun loving, hard working great person who deserves to feel comforted during this time. Not to be haunted by the worry of the cost of treatment. Her friends & co-workers at PF Changs in Peoria have been long advocates for Cancer awareness, treatment and remission.
