Andrew R. Gonzales

Andrew R. Gonzales, son to Shelley Gonzales, and brother to Sarah Gonzales (10th grader at M-A) and Jason Perez was taken away from us suddenly on the night of Halloween. His mom described him as an "old soul." "He had a 401k opened at age 18, worked two jobs, was always smiling and positive, he lived a full life," she said. Andrew was part of Menlo Park's fire department's fire explorer program where he was following his dream to become a fire fighter just as his good friend Ricky, that was also in the accident, was enrolled in. 
Andrew's mom runs her own business with an in home daycare at their home in Menlo Park where my son, Atlas, has been attending for over 2 years now. With the family tragedy, Shelley will have to take time off from her business.
We would like to continue to show our support to the Gonzales family during this difficult time. For those that are interested, we have created this gofundme to take collections for the family to cover expenses. Anything would really help out the Gonzales family.
