Andrew Rangel medical/funeral bills

On July 27th this world lost a very special, and beautiful person. Andrew Rangel was born with a very rare disease called Kasabach- Merritt Syndrome, which meant he had to be extremely careful in what he did on a day-to-day basis to avoid any injury, that for him could be deadly. Regardless of his condition Andrew always lived his life as he wanted, riding his skateboard and doing adventurous things that made him happy. Anyone who knew Andrew would agree that he was the sweetest, and most free-spirited person ever.

On July 7th, Andrew and his girlfriend were involved in a car accident. At first glance, it seemed to be only a broken arm but after further care, it was found that Andrew was experiencing internal bleeding in his chest and stomach. Two surgeries were performed in both areas to try and stop the bleeding. Following two successful surgeries, Andrew was to be released from the hospital on Sunday July 23rd. However, the night before being discharged, Andrew suddenly caught an extremely high fever that was soon discovered to be caused by internal bleeding in his head. Following two brain surgeries to stop the bleeding, Andrew became unresponsive as recovery was difficult for him, and there was nothing else that the doctors could do.
