Suncoast Animal Rescue is a Pasco County Florida Domestic Non-Profit  NO KILL Rescue organization whose goal is to provide lost, abandoned and owner-surrendered animals permanent, safe, and loving homes and to provide permanent sanctuary, care, and love for special needs animals who could not otherwise be placed in a forever home. All donations made are tax deductible   Who we are and what we do. As you may know, our love for animals has compelled us to start a sanctuary to shelter predominately special needs exotic pets such as parrots, reptiles, small mammals, ect. We are also working on permitting to begin taking in native wildlife that is sick, injured or displaced. We believe that every animal has a right to a safe life filled with love. Unfortunately,  we can not take as many homeless pets as we would like but as we rehabilitate and adopt out a spot opens for a new resident. We are completely funded out of our own pocket and thru public donations. We are in the process of becoming a 501c3 and hope to acquire funding thru future grants in the future. But we need your help right now. Know that every single penny of your donation goes to the care and shelter of all the rescues at Suncoast Animal Rescue, no exception. Please help us to help them. We can’t do it alone, your support is needed! We often rescue animals needing special medical attention for injuries and/or illnesses. At our no-kill shelter in Pasco County, we care for dozens of rescues whose age, medical condition, temperament or other special needs makes them extremely difficult to re-home. Like us, these furry, feathery or cold blooded folks need nourishing food, safe shelter, and regular medical care. Your donations help provide food, vaccinations,  veterinary care and love. Suncoast Animal Rescue is a private, non-profit organization receiving no government funds. We are funded entirely by generous people like you. Please consider a donation to help us continue to serve the homeless animals of the Tampa Bay area. Our Primary Goal is to help animals in need as much as possible. We also network with specialty rescues to ensure the best possible outcome for every animal. Currently, we are working on obtaining property near Hudson, Fl that connects to a large preserve. A perfect location to expand our rescue services and eventually be able to open to the public for tours and educational programs.  You can also donate cash, checks, credit cards, trusts, equipment, food (dog/cat/bird/reptile/rabbit/ect) via mail, paypal, square, facebook messanger, ect.) All donations go 100% to animal care expenses and equipment.  This is where your donations go ..... vet, bills,insurance, heat lights, AC,electric, Caging, transport expenses, water,bleach,laundry mat,disinfectant cleaners,litter,wee wee pads, food, treats, toys, sheets,towels,bedding,flea meds and more We also promote TNR, spay, and neutering, microchipping and education to help end overpopulation and the suffering of unwanted animals.
