Annabel's Recovery & Healing Fund

Even the boldest and bravest of us need the help of our family and friends. Annabel Ipsen, a beloved friend, partner, and colleague, needs our help. Annabel was diagnosed with breast cancer last year, and has since undergone a mastecomy, chemo, radiation, and hormone therapy.

She is about to embark on her second major surgery in early November. Recovery time is about two months, but that is not all she is facing. Annabel is facing two months without salary, and she is NOT covered by the Family Medical Leave Act.  This means she will neither have an income or her insurance premiums paid for during her recovery without our help.    She even considered cancelling the surgery because of the financial constraints...NOT on OUR watch!

I have decided to do this GoFundMe campaign so those near and far can be a part of her amazing journey to recovery.  I have set a lofty goal: $10,000.  Please give what you can...no sum is too big or small.   Together, we can make a difference by taking action.   Annabel has touched so many lives, and we can touch back with helping her get through these next two months.  All proceeds will go directly to Annabel.  I will be sending updates as she goes along.   Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
