Support Patel Family-DoNot Drink & Drive

By now I am pretty sure everyone has already heard or read about the tragedy that struck on possibly the nicest family I've ever had the pleasure to know. On June 23rd 2014, four members of Ravi & Dipali Patel's family died including their mother and father when a drunk driver ran a red light and slammed into their car in southwest Harris County in Houston. This morning, Houston Chron website reported that "They were all found at the scene" with no signs of life." It was reported that the driver of the Honda, Devendraprasad Patel (Father), as well as three backseat passengers, Kokila Patel (Mother), Ansuyaben Patel (FOI) and Jayanthilal Bhatt (Panditji), died at the scene.

Sadly enough, their family was travelling home from an extremely fulfilling prayer at the temple just minutes before the car crash. Along with their family and friends, Ravi and Dipali called every hospital in houston when they didnt return home that entire night. They were finally able to locate them in the morning when surviving passenger's daughter called the family to inform them of the tragedy. They are completely taken aback from this incident. Having said that, they are somehow holding up with the support of the rest of family and friends. 

Family is planning on arranging a funeral for Wednesday. In light of the incident, we want to help raise funds to bring more awareness to drinking and driving prevention programs and/or help the family anyway we can. Please contribute whatever you can. 

I will be personally compiling the list of names that contributed to this campaign and delivering it to Ravi and Dipali. I am sure they will be able to feel the support from their well-wishers. Pray for them!
