Anthony "Ant Bee's" Recovery!

Anthony (Ant Bee) is my 12 year old nephew. He was involved in an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) accident in Anthony, New Mexico on January 15, 2018.
Unfortunately, he was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident. As a result, he suffered a traumatic brain injury (TBI).
The medical trauma team at University Medical Center at El Paso (UMC) has referred Anthony to long term acute care. At the moment this type of care is not available in El Paso, TX or Las Cruces, NM.
Anthony has recently been approved to Nexus Children’s Hospital in Houston, TX. Which is 10 hours and 30 minutes away from El Paso.
