Apoyo a Marco Lema

On July 30, 2015, in a confrontation with a delinquent gang in Callao, Lima-Peru,  my brother the S.O.SUP. Lema Chirichigno Marco Antonio, with 31 years of service for the National Police of Peru and a father of two sons and a daughter, received a gunshot wound to the right side of his brain that severely affected the mobility of his entire body.
After a long battle and much struggle we managed to get Saludpol, the Police Insurance, to evacuate him to New York for neuro-trauma treatment and rehabilitation.
He was at Mount Sinai hospital in New York. Unfortunately, all of our funds have been exhausted and he urgently needs a cranioplasty to prevent further traumas and the possible syndrome of trephined that could further deteriorate his health.
The donations that are offered will be given to the hospital in which he was and will be readmitted. Please help us in this cause for Marco, a policeman who dedicated his whole life for the security of his city and today needs your help so that he may return home with a better quality of life.

El 30 de julio del 2015, en un enfrentamiento con una banda de delincuentes, en el Callao, Lima-Perú, mi hermano el S.O.SUP. Lema Chirichigno Marco Antonio, con 31 años de servicio en la Policia Nacional del Perú y padre de tres hijos, recibió un balazo en la parte derecha del cerebro, que le afectó seriamentede la mobilidad de su cuerpo.
Después de mucho batallar se logró que  Saludpol, el Seguro del Policía,  lo evacúe a Nueva York para recibir tratamiento neurorestaurativo y rehabilitación. El se encuentraba admitido en el hospital Monte Sinai,  y  necesita con urgencia una craneoplastia para prevenir traumatismos adicionales y el posible sindrome del trephined que podría deteriorar su salud.
Los donativos que le puedan ofrecer serán entregados al hospital en donde sera internado mi hermano y serán para cubrir esta cirugía. 
Por favor ayúdenme con este causa por Marco, un policía que toda su vida se dedicó a la seguridad ciudadana y hoy necesita de Ustedes para poder regresar a casa con una mejor calidad de vida. Dios bendiga su apoyo.

2015年7月30日、ペルーのCallao地区にて、当時警察官であった私の兄のMarco Antonio Lema Chirichigno(当時52歳)が職務中に銃で頭を撃たれました。
幸いにも一命を取り留めましたが、頭に受けた弾丸によって脳に大きな障害が残り、現在においても全身麻痺で寝たきりの状態です。

今は、より良い治療を求めてニューヨークのMonte Sinai病院にて療養中ですが、彼が未だ且つより良い治療や手術(具体的には、頭蓋再形成手術など)が必要であるのに対し、私たち家族が援助できる資金は底を尽きつつあります。
