Support Your Local Sushi Chef

The beloved ICHI Sushi Archuletas have suffered some surprise medical blows over the holiday season. Chef Tim has been down for the count after a major surgery and a significant health scare. (Chef Tim's been on a feeding tube for the better part of a month — Imagine a chef not being able to eat!) The good news is that Tim is on the mend with one more surgery to go, and will be back to working in the new year.

A month in the hospital gets pretty expensive. We've come together here in the restaurant community and industry to support friends who wouldn't ask themselves.

Erin and Tim have decided to return to their roots and are moving ICHI back into their little space at 3369 Mission after the new year, where they can still do what they love in their neighborhood. They can't wait to welcome everyone back into their little sushi living room.

We're seeking support from the community to help them with this unexpected life transition over the holidays.
