Welcome to the Art-through-Pod Project.
The Art-through-Pod project is a community driven art project to help create, build, and decorate lightweight mobile shelters for the homeless in our community.
Our goal is to provide shelter from the elements, a bed to sleep in that isn't made of concrete, and most importantly a sense of diginity that many have lost.
So far the community interest and support has been overwelming. From local businesses, neighbors, and local churches.
We have made plans to expand this project by building even more Art-through-Pods so we can continue to lift up the homelss community.
Each pod cost around $350 and we are looking to build many more pods in 2017. Monetary donations of any size now being accepted.
Together we can make a difference.
