It is with a heavy heart and sickened stomach that I have discovered Ashlee’s death has been used for personal financial gain by her own flesh and blood. The GoFundMe account that was set up by Jennifer , who capitalized on the generosity and love of many, withdrew the money without ever using it to lay Ashlee to rest. In the end it doesn’t matter how public I make your deceit or greed, nor does it matter what excuse you try to create after people start to hold you accountable for the money you’ve collected. The only thing that matters is that at the end of your life you will have to answer for what you have done. More importantly for all the years you have remaining you will have to live with your actions: stealing donations, abandoning the financial burden of her funeral arrangements, and discarding Ashlee as if she was only good enough to make a dollar off of her death. You can still do the right thing, I will be waiting, praying for the treacherous remains of your soul.
