Help me bring my son Arsen back home to America

My name is Bal McEachin and my 10-year-old son, Arsen, has been taken to Kazakhstan against his will because of a devastating court decision that ignored his safety, his wishes, and his future. Despite living and thriving in the U.S., a judge ruled that he must go to Kazakhstan to stay with his father—someone with a documented history of neglect and abuse.

Once Arsen was taken out of the U.S., his ability to return was blocked because of immigration rules that the court refused to consider. This means that even though Arsen wants to come home, and all experts agree he should, we are stuck in Kazakhstan, facing endless legal battles and a system that continues to fail us. The courts in both the U.S. and Kazakhstan have ignored Arsen’s rights, his well-being, and the serious risks he faces.

Arsen is scared, isolated, and struggling without his friends, school, and the life he loved. We are doing everything we can to fight for his right to return, but legal fees, travel costs, and ongoing challenges are overwhelming.
