Autism Peer Support
Donation protected
Due to many charity campaigns, more and more people are becoming aware of autism. Unfortunately these "charitable" organizations often focus solely on autistic children and infantilize autistic adults who try to speak up or ask for appropriate support.
The purpose of any support group is to bring together like-minded people to share their troubles, experiences, and support for a mutual gain. There are no peer support groups in my hometown, so I have founded a group of my own.
The majority of the costs of this group are from renting the meeting space. The goal I've set will cover the rental costs for one year. Any additional revenue will go towards refreshments for the members and advertizing costs.
