Barber-Scotia College Athletics

Barber-Scotia College is a private institution located in Concord, NC. We are the only 4 year college in Cabarrus County and have been a staple of the city and county since 1867. We provide affordable educational opportunities with degree granting programs in Sport Management, Business Entrepreneurship, Religious Studies and Renewable Energies.

Our athletics teams compete out of the USCAA and are a sense of pride for the alumni, student body, administration and community. Athletics plays a large role in every aspect of our operations including revenue generation that keeps our cost of attendance and on campus housing costs low. This season we generated nearly 25,000 dollars through fund raising efforts and scheduling, but came up just short of our needed revenue.

We are asking for donations of any size to help us cover expenses that we will incur near the end of our seasons. Your generous donation will assist with sending our teams to the end of season tournaments in Pennsylvania and paying fees that will allow them to be nominated for and receive end of season awards that they are very deserving of receiving.
