Baby Kate's Big Trip

Kate Hill is one in a million!
Kate was born in Karratha hospital on the 6th of January, 2015. Soon afterwards she was admitted to Princess Margaret hospital in Perth where it took doctors four months to confirm her diagnosis.
Kate has Costello Syndrome, an extremely rare condition that affects less than 500 people worldwide . The syndrome affects Kate's development, and she will need extra special care throughout her life. Kate is the only person in WA with Costello Syndrome and one of only 15 people in Australia with the condition.
In July 2017, the Costello Syndrome Family Network will hold their 10th International Conference for Costello families and health experts, in Orlando, Florida. We would love to help baby Kate, mum Estelle, dad Paul, and big sister Carla to get to the conference so that they can meet other people and families affected by the condition.
We hope that you can help this incredibly strong and loving family as they begin their special journey with Baby Kate.
