Baby Coleton Lowe medical fund

Dear Neighbors, I am writing you about one of our police officers that has served his community and now needs our help. Fenwick Island Police Corporal Stephen Lowe and his wife Amanda are expecting their first child in October. Sadly their unborn baby was diagnosed with a severe congenital heart defect known as Transposition of the Great Arteries (TGA). In this condition the baby's aorta and pulmonary arteries are switched in each others place and will have to be switched to the correct position. The heart also has narrowing of one of the arteries which will need to be corrected. This unborn baby will be born and operated on at the Childrens Hospital of Philadelphia. Stephen has medical insurance through the police department but they will have large out of pocket expenses (travel, extended stay lodging, meals, parking, gas, medical co-pays, etc. ) traveling many times to Philadelphia for operation treatments and ongoing follow up appointments. Both Stephen and his wife Amanda have served in our military and Stephen has served as a police officer for over 10 years. Please help this young family that has served and helped protect us.
