Barn Cat Freedom Project

Dear friends and supporters: for years I have been operating an Underground Cat Railroad for feral cats at confirmed, significant risk. Relocation is always the last resort but we all know many who have without question needed to be relocated.
My partners in this endeavor and I have always spent our own money on gas, shelters and often starter supplies for the new guardians to get these cats off to a good, solid start in their new warehouse/barn homes throughout various collar counties of Illinois. I did 2 relocations last week already with more to come this week!
I've met the most interesting and wonderful people and animals doing this: a litter of newborn piglets, rescue horses, a lunatic billy goat that came with the property, a wonderful assortment of farm dogs, macho roosters that scared me, a few donkeys (my favorite) and loads of geese and ducks. The few human farmer children I've met usually stare at me and snicker behind my back when I ask dumb questions about the animals. Once I arrived at a rural property and saw an old clawfoot bathtub in the middle of their back yard, raised up on bricks. I asked what that was about and they told me "oh that's our hillbilly hot tub!" It's been a learning experience and sometimes comic adventure for a city girl from Rogers Park.
I'd like some help with gas, supplies to make shelters, and some small starter supplies for the new gaurdians.
THANK YOU!
