I just recently had my twin sons Jayce and Matthew Woods on July 5th 2014. Jayce was 3.12 pounds and Matthew was 5.8 pounds. Jayce passed away late at night on July 6th due to multiple heart conditions...He passed while I was holding him trying to keep him warm on my chest. He had hypoplastic left heart syndrome, a restrictive atrial septum, some fluid around his heart, and a small rip in his heart. Now he is a little angel...We would like to get a small locket with his remains as well as have a bracelet specially made for his brother Matthew. However due to the fact that I was not able to work the entire pregnancy we really don't have enough money for anything....He will be cremated in a couple of days and I'm at least hoping we have enough for a small urn...
