Hey, my name is Seth and I am a trans individual working in the childcare industry. I am based in the UK and seeking aid and support for chest surgery.
My physical and mental health have been on a decline for a good few years now and this surgery would help change my life for the better. I have used chest binding for the last 7 years and it has caused pain and damage to my back and ribs. It brings me dysphoria using it each day and having this surgery will enable me such freedom and peace within my body.
I started my transition in 2017 and since then I have felt so much more comfortable in myself and my identity.
The NHS waiting lists are incredibly long and intensive, I have chosen to go abroad for the surgery which also makes the costs more manageable.
All the money raised in this will go towards the surgery as a whole, including initial recommendations & assessments and consultation fees. This is a lot of money and so anything you are able to give means the world to me!
