Bike For Water

The Bike For Water project is something I am starting for school. My dad and I will be biking down the length of the Oregon coast raising money for Charity Water. Charity Water uses the donations to build wells and bring clean water to people throughout 3rd world countries. It's absolutely insane how many people don't have safe water to drink. It's a basic human need and yet 1 out every 9 people across the globe are without it. Every day children walk for miles to get water that isn't even clean for their family knowing that it can make them sick.  They miss hours of school each day being deprived of a good education. We are made up of water and it is a necessity for survival, yet so many people don't have acsess to it. I am doing this project to help make a change. I am doing this to help bring clean and safe water to over 100 men, women and children in a 3rd world country. To make a difference, a colossal difference in these people's lives. It's up to you to make this happen.
