Disability needs for Bill Morgan

On July 26, 2013 my life changed in a second. I fell on my head riding a mountain bike and broke my neck in 5 places.  I suffered a stoke a few hours later at the hospital.  After 77 days in the hospital and intense therapy, I have learned to walk with assistance.   I have left sided weakness, and am unable to move my neck and head because my spine has been fused  from my skull to my T2 and have difficulty with everyday activites.  I  need modifications  to my bathrooms, kitchen and stairway to help me with my everyday activities.  It is quite costly and any help would be greatly appreciated.
