House fire at 8 year olds Bday

June 13th, 2015 changed the path of my uncle's life forever. It was the day of his grand-daughters birthday party, and he chose to host it at his home on Shelbourne street. 15 adults, 35 kids and 2 dogs all gathered at his home to enjoy a barbeque in celebration of her special day.
After the kids ate they played in the back yard and the adults waited for their food, the barbeque burst into flames which quickly spread to the patio, kitchen and bathroom of the house. Everyone rushed into the front yard as my uncle ran into the house to wake up my cousin who was asleep in the basement, and they managed to exit the house just before the windows blew out in the roaring fire.
The fire crew managed to put the blaze out quickly, only to be called back in when smoldering embers trailed their through the insulation in the attic and caught alight in the front of the home, effectively leaving the house a shell and managing to destroy about 80% of my family's posessions due to fire, smoke or water damage.
Since that day, my uncle and his family have been staying with relatives, but my 4 legged cousin (their yellow lab) has been forced to stay with the SPCA due to pet restrictions (their two week emergency program for people with circumstances like this deserves major appreciation and recognition too!).
Due to this fire their home is uninhabitable and they have to basically start all over again. We are looking to our greater community to come together and help my uncle and his family to pick up the pieces while they find a new place to call home where they can settle in and reunite with their dog.
