As some of you may know, an unimaginable tragedy has struck the Locascio family.
Esther Locascio was murdered Thursday night, December 3rd, in her home by her husband who was sadly taken over by mental illness and is now residing in jail. This horrific affliction sadly leaves behind her four children with no parents at all to support them in any way.
If any of you knew Mrs. Locascio, you know what an incredibly gentle human being she was. No matter what the situation, she was ready to jump up and grant her help to anyone who needed it. She was an amazing follower of God, and lived her life with a loving, perpetual sense of giving and selfless service. This loss is absolutely devastating to the family, anyone who knew her, and the community.
Because of this awful event, her four children are left struggling. Along with the grief left with the family, MANY expenses have been left behind to bear. There are numerous expenses to take care of from car payments and maintenance, house payments, school loans, phone lines, health care, debt from their father's comercial real estate business, including an undergoing major renovation on their father's warehouse off Leslie road. This GoFundMe was enumerated the way it is with the intention of paying off their former home, in which their parents had little equity. The sum of these expenses and the amount of time needed to handle these problems are too much to bear for the children she left behind.
