Black Panther Challenge TORONTO

“Every time you see yourself in a magazine, on a billboard, TV, film – it’s a message that you matter, you’re part of the national story, that you’re valued.”

Toronto is recognized as one of the most multicultural cities in the world, yet we often see faces in our news and media that don’t look like us. The #BlackPantherChallenge is helping thousands of kids see themselves represented on the big screen. Representation matters. Let’s show the kids of Toronto why!

We are working with the Jane and Finch Boys and Girls Club to organize the event.  The Boys and Girls Club provide a safe, supportive place where children and youth can experience new opportunities, overcome barriers, build positive relationships and develop confidence and skills for life.

All proceeds will go to paying for the private screening tickets for children and chaperones, as well as refreshments. The release of the film is February 16th, 2018, and the screening will take place on February 17th, 2017.
