There are 12,536 homeless people in Los Angeles County according to HUD.   This includes 4000 veterans and 1100 families with young children.  Many suffer from mental illness and many are on wheelchairs and non-ambulatory. 

Borna Shoa a Junior at Harvard-Westlake High School both Juniors, along with his Corporate advisor/sponsor Behdad Nourani of  BNB International Textiles are launching their 3rd annual fund raising drive to raise $10,000.00 for Blankets for the Homeless which will be distributed in different enclaves around the City.  

The cost of each Blanket is approximately $9.00.  We have a state goal of $10,000.00 for this years drive.  As you go home to your loved ones, and cozy on up to them, please donate to those less fortunate.
