Support Dallas Police Memorial Fund
** I'M A REPEAT CAMPAIGNER!! - DONATE WITH CONFIDENCE! **
Story:
On July 7, 2016, Dallas’ finest worked a protest for the Black Lives Matter Group in their city. Little did 12 officers know, their lives would be changed forever, as they were nearing the end of their shift.
An alleged lone-gunman (I will not publish his name, he doesn’t deserve it) wreaked havoc on the city’s downtown streets with an obvious agenda - to take the lives of as many law enforcement officers as he could.
A total of 14 individuals were shot, of which 2 were civilians and 12 were police officers. The attack marked the deadliest day for law enforcement since 9/11.
As of July 8, five have been confirmed dead. Dallas’ finest have been identified in the memorial list below.
The identities of those officers who survived the horrific shooting are:
Officer Gretchen Rocha
Officer Jorge Barrientos
Officer Elmar Cannon
Officer Jesus Retana
Officer Misty McBride
Officer Ivan Saldana
Officer Giovanni Wells
The Dallas Foundation is in direct communication with the Office of Mayor Mike Rawlings, the Dallas Police Department, Friends of Dallas Police Department, and Assist the Officer (ATO) to determine how best to direct the generous contributions made to the Line of Duty Fund at The Dallas Foundation following the tragic events of July 7th.
An advisory committee, consisting of: Friends of the Dallas Police, Mayor Mike Rawlings office, a Dallas Police Department representative and a representative from ATO will meet to determine the best use of the funds.
100% of the funds received by The Dallas Foundation will be used to support those affected on the night of the July 7th shootings in Dallas. All disbursements must be authorized by three people: Dallas City Manager, currently A.C. Gonzalez, Jr. , Mayor of Dallas, currently Michael S. Rawlings, One Governor of the Board of The Dallas Foundation, initially Mary Suhm.

WHO AM I?: Danny Amoruccio, a 40 year old retired Funeral director.
WHERE AM I FROM?: I live on the gold coast of Connecticut in the great city of Norwalk.
HOW AM I RELATED TO THE VICTIMS?: I'm not blood related to any of these officers, however... My brother is a SGT. with the Tennessee Highway Patrol and by default, these are my brothers and sisters who have been killed/injured. (I can be verified by the THP's Colonel's office - ask for the Colonel's assistant Jessica Craddock)
HOW ARE THE FUNDS BEING SPENT: Stated Above
HOW DO I INTEND TO PROVIDE THE FUNDS TO THE VICTIMS: Stated Above
If you google my name, Danny Amoruccio, I ran a successful GoFundMe Campaign which gained National attention for USMC Sgt. Chris Marquez, a famous U.S. Marine who was beaten outside a McDonalds in Washington D.C. by members of the Black Lives Matter group.
100% of the proceeds were given to Sgt. Marquez and was documented for the contributor's peace of mine. I didn't take even 1 penny.
Please help me in supporting our men & women in blue and donate with confidence. I'm a past verified campaign manager via GoFundMe.
