Bond Out Humberto

Humberto was brought to the United States when he was just three years old. He had a difficult upbringing, exposed to domestic violence and crime. When he was fifteen years old he was shot in the head in a drive-by. Miraculously he survived and fully recovered. 

In 2014 Humberto became a father. The experience changed him. He knew he wanted to be a better father to his  son than his father was to him. He has worked hard to provide for his family. 

Humberto is currently detained in the Northwest Detention Center, where an Immigration Judge recently set bond at $15,000 dollars. Paying bond means Humberto will be released from immigration custody, and he will fight his removal case without being detained. He will be reunited with his son, and he will be able to go back to providing for his family. 

Humberto is a resilient individual with a big heart. He will fight for his lawful permanent residency status in the Immigration Court should he be released. 

My name is Stephen Robbins and I am representing Humberto in his immigration proceedings. I have had the chance to get to know Humberto and his family over the last several months. He has been able to overcome his trials and become a positive, contributing member of society, and I am proud to be representing him.

Unfortunately, Humberto's family has only been able to come up with a fraction of the money needed to secure his release. The money raised here will be used to pay for Humberto's bond. When his proceedings are finished, the money will be rolled into a bond fund that will be used for future immigrants down the road.
