Final AVM Removal

Here we go again! Here's a quick update:
After returning from the East Coast, Thomas was given 6 months to a year to heal from his 23.5 hour triple craniotomy and eye removal. He was fortunate enough to get Disability for the year; within that time, we were on the hunt for the best available health insurance that would cover him from coast to coast (since his Motion Picture Insurance can no longer cover him due to not being able to work). Sadly, we came across no insurance companies that can cater to what we need (not to mention the new law on healthcare made it completely impossible for us to begin with).
Thomas' disability has officially run out as of last week and has no health insurance to cover future medical costs.
Thomas has approval from his Doctor in Boston to move forward with his final surgeries. This last trip will include the removal of his second AVM (arteriovenous malformation) and the correction of his right eye that was not properly fixed in the last surgery.
The Doctor cares enough to not charge Thomas for his services. The hospital unfortunately is not that giving, in which lies our problem. We will not be able to cover the medical bills on our own this time around especially with no insurance. Considering the total bill of the last round was over a million dollars. This is where we really need help!
We know that the first time around was a lot to ask for to begin with and we thank you all so much for truly going out of your way to helping in such a stressful time. We have been fortunate enough to get some time to prepare for this surgery, but we would rather not wait and just get it over with as soon as possible.
We know it is tough out there so please, do not go out of your way if you cannot. All of your support truly is what pushes us to continue this journey. We thank you all so much from the bottom of our hearts!
