Help lay Brian Easley to rest.
Donation protected
Brian proudly served his country in the Marine Corp, loved his family and daughter. He studied the Word of God faithfully, always wanting answers to his life questions. He suffered from PTSD and schizophrenia as a result of the atrocities he witnessed in Iraq. He continuously sought help from the VA, but received little and struggled daily to survive. He wanted people to understand that vets are not getting the help they were promised.
The funds will be used to lay his body to rest with his fellow veterans. As his eldest brother I, Calvin Easley, wil distribute any and all monies collected. Any remaining funds will be held in trust for his daughter, Jayla.
Brian was the youngest of eight and the first to serve in the military. He was known to my family as a gentle giant with a kind word for everyone. We find comfort in knowing that Brian has finally found the peace that eluded him in life.
