Bring Nacho to MN!

Hello friends, family, and animal lovers,

Thank you for taking the time to read about our cause.  My husband and I live in Quito, Ecuador.  I am originally from Minnesota and that is where our cause begins.  

We rescued a street dog named Nacho 6 months ago.  He was hit by a car on a major highway and left by the side of the road to die.  Thankfully, a kind-hearted soul stopped their car and brought Nacho to a hospital.  His right hip and left femur were broken.  

Nacho was in the hospital for 2 weeks getting extensive surgeries to repair the damage to his legs and organs from the crash.  My husband found him on an animal rescue foundation website and brought Nacho home to me as a birthday present.

 He is the best gift I have ever received.  He truly is the gift that keeps on giving.  Every morning I wake up and know that this beautiful puppy is able to have a happy life, and not be on the street.  But this is why we need your help.

This summer, my husband and I are going to move back to Minnesota and need Nacho to come with us.  We are asking your help to provide us with some funds to pay for the expensive international flight to get Nacho to MN.  We need $4,000 to bring Nacho safely, securely, and legally into the United States.  There is only one company in Ecuador that works to transport animals and being that Nacho is 30 lbs. now (and still growing), we cannot bring him on the plane with us.  He has to fly as cargo.  This idea scares me but I know that Nacho will have a better life in Minnesota once we get him there.


Please help us with any amount you can to get Nacho to the United States and a wonderful new home.  Thank you.
