Broke Back Mountain (of Bills)

The man shivers and twitches, one hand reaching around him to rub his aching, swollen, back and side. He counts and re-counts the coins in a tattered old bowler hat as though that will make the number they add up to a little greater. The ratty old sign next to him says 'Will be Sane for Cash'. Finally, he notices you and lifts the hat. "Spare a little change?" - What do you do? >_

Hi,
My name is Michael Garcia.
Some years ago I suffered work injuries that broke my back and set off a chain of mental health issues that continue to this day.
Juggling my various medications and care is expensive and, as of April, the state is no longer covering many of my medical needs, meaning my income has abruptly, and with little warning, been reduced by half.
Social Security Document
I'm no malingerer. I work as much as I can, whenever I can and am always 'hustling'. I provide technical services within the crypto community and am a part-time RPG publisher and Game Master. With all the points I should have gained from my flaws, I'm wondering where my merits are!
It's still not easy to get regular work with the problems that I have. I need to close the gap and keep myself as well as possible until I can find a way to earn more. If there were any other way, I would take it. It's shaming, and difficult, asking for help – even when you desperately need it.
My monthly outgoings stripped back as much as possible, still amount to around $2,000 including internet, power, rent, psychiatric assistance and medical assistance all of which allow me to work, at all.
I am on full-time disability via SDD and RSDI. I have investigated and exhausted all the other options I could think to try.
I suffer from a broken back and the constant pain that results from it. I have become resistant to many forms of painkiller due to the ongoing problems that arise from that injury.
I have a mass on my kidney which causes me further pain, and issues with 'using the facilities'.
My mental issues include dissociative disorder, bipolar, schizophrenia, anxiety and phobias.
Please, whatever you can do to help me out will be appreciated more than you know. I will let you know how I am getting on and what I'm doing until I'm back on my feet.
Sincerely,
Michael Garcia a.k.a. @TheCrazyGM
