Broken Collarbone Surgery Operation

Riding my scooter & took a gnarly fall, ended up a bit worse than expected.. Upon impact I shattered my collar bone (clavicle) & also broke my scapula (shoulder blade).
Recovery is coming along, my shoulder is healing. However my collarbone has a complex fracture & I will need an operation to help my bones in place. My parents insurance doesn't cover this operation, will be needing to pay out of pocket. The bone can set incorrectly & would rather choose to avoid this pain.
