Building Resilience

What was supposed to be a joyous time for my family turned into absolute devastation and fear. For months my dad has been working on renovating a house for my family to move into.  My mom is disabled, and has been attending school to get her masters degree. She suffers from a rare  auto immune disease and a debilitating muscle disease causing her to use a motorized wheelchair, CPap breathing machine, and other medical equipment (joint braces) 
After finally moving in Saturday we couldn’t wait to see our new home. Unfortunately  we got the most devastating call saying our house had been broken into overnight. 
My moms wheelchair, medicine and medical equipment were all STOLEN. 
They stole her value of life and we have to begin to rebuild.
All electronics, furnishings, medical equipment , and the crib for our adopted child has been taken. The voice activated laptop that specifically helps my mother with complete her class work without the use of her hands was taken also.
I’ve never seen my dad sob as hard as he did and my family so confused and distraught
Our peace of mind has been destroyed along with our valuables.
We created this GoFundMe to raise money for various damages and items to be replaced such as doors, TVs, electrical damage, furniture, medical equipment, etc.. Someone has graciously donated a wheelchair. My mom is a pillar of the community and we need your help to get her back on her feet.
