Operation Coastal Freedom - Bulloch
Donation protected
The Statesboro community and local agencies are overwhelmed with people reaching out to help or who needs help as Bulloch County recovers from Hurricane Matthew.
We have citizens without power. Without water. Without food. You can help by donating to help provide assistance to your friends and neighbors.
Because GEMA and FEMA are focusing first on power and road restoration, recovery will be secondary. This storm was so massive, effecting hundreds of thousands in multiple states - their resources are taxed. This fund was set up by members of the Statesboro community to simply bridge the gap until they (GEMA & FEMA) can take over.
Funds will help provide food, water, and other needs that are requested by those effected in the Statesboro-Bulloch County area.
All funds received will be managed and distributed by our local United Way office, which is led by Bob Olliff.
