Burn survivor needs dental help.

WARNING VERY GRAPHIC PICTURES......I asked my son to smile for this campaign...he stated mom I don't know how to smile...due to his rotten teeth.  I took the picture and went into my bedroom and cried...Derek's story started 8 months after he and I found his father dead on our livingroom floor. Thanksgiving morning 2001.  Derek at age 15 fell into the embers of a bonfire, we were rushed to Shriner's Burn Unit in Cincinnati, Derek had 38% of his body burnt with 2nd and 3rd degree burns.  He had skin grafts and was on opiates and morphine for close to a year. 
Due to the extensive time on these drugs for pain, the enamel on this teeth has eroded.  Unfortunely Derek has no dental insurance.
I'm just afraid he will get abscessed gums and infection throughout his body.  As you can see he lifts and takes great care of his body, Derek works out 4 to5 times a week in his basement.
He needs 19 teeth pulled and 4 titanium rods put in to hold the dentures....this took alot for him to let me do this for him, but a mother's love is the strongest love.
