Tamara’s Family Support

On June 20, 2019 approximately 10:30pm my sister was killed by a drunk driver. She had car trouble and her neighbor was giving her a ride home, only he was intoxicated, there were extremely high winds in the high desert where they lived and she took off her seatbelt to get comfortable while she slept during the ride. He swerved between cars and was speeding, hit the bank of the road and the car flipped and flew into the air. My sister died on impact.
Tamara “Diamond” Fox was just 34 years old, she’s a mother of 8 gorgeous children who only lost their father to tragedy about 6 months ago. My sister adored those kids, she went out of her way to have a big family because she had that much love to give. Just 4 hours before she died we were FaceTiming and I was teasing her about how fat she had gotten and her favorite compliment from me, “You still look like a 15 year old”. She did, she looks so young and her spirit does as well.
I’m a very proud man but I just began a new job and haven’t gotten my first check yet, I have a sister in the ICU right now fighting lupus, another sister struggling with a difficult first pregnancy and a brother fighting cancer. My siblings and I are very tight but we weren’t prepared for this.
I am raising funding to help support her 8 children during this transition. Thank you on behalf of my family in advance for your love, support and generosity.
Here are the articles I could find about her death, the latter one I was interviewed for:
