Jonathan Ray Justice Memorial Fund

Our hearts are heavy and filled with sorrow as we try to process the most painful news that our dear and great friend, Jon Justice, is no longer with us. Jon was the most loveable, sweet-natured, kind, loyal and sincere friend you could ever have in your life. His sensitive, unassuming nature and amazing ability to connect with people of all ages made everyone want to befriend him. Jon was such as smart guy and he truly loved to learn. He had a passion for history that would give any history professor a run for his money. He also loved the German language and, if you asked him, would proudly and eagerly speak in German. Jon was considering some great career options. He continued to be extremely interested in becoming a history teacher and ultimately becoming  a history professor. He was also considering  pursuing his master's or going to law school. In fact, on the day of his passing, Jon had actually taken his LSATs. We all agree that regardless of the career choice Jon would have pursued, he would have excelled. 


As Jon’s friends, we are all devastated by his passing and feel a real need to reach out in a meaningful way to show our love for Jon and his family. We have decided to set up a GoFundMe account in support of his family during their time of grief and sorrow. Jon loved his family very much and we think that it would make him happy to know that friends from far and near reached out to honor him in this way. Our goal is to reach $8,000. We understand that everyone’s circumstances are different, but all contributions, great or small, will together send a message of love and support to the Justice family. We thank you most sincerely for helping us honor Jon in this way.
