Giving Back! #VetsLivesMatter

Donation protected

My name is Cole McCafferty.  I attend St. Mary's grade school in Philadelphia, PA.  On October 30, 2017, I introduced the world to my exceedingly brave, ex-navy, homeless, disabled friend, Jeff Johnson.  I met Jeff walking home from school every day and seeing someone homeless--who served our country and lost his leg in the process--breaks my heart.  I usually give him whatever I have in my lunchbox.
He inspired me to start a Twitter hashtag #VetsLivesMatter to bring awareness to our homeless veterans.  Jeff graduated from Methancton High School in 1988.  After high school, he enlisted in the Navy and his title was ET (Electronic Tech).  The ship he was on was the USS Kitty Hawk.  While serving on the ship, USS Kitty Hawk, September 22, 1991, Jeff was involved in an accident where he lost his leg.
He's married and has children.  His son, Jeffrey is 14 yrs old.  He had a stroke at birth and he's in a wheelchair.  Jeff was previously living in Myrtle Beach, SC with his wife and children.   He moved back to Philadelphia so his son could receive medical treatment for seizures at St. Christopher's Hospital.  Through "Impact Vets," Jeff was able to secure housing for himself and his family.  Unfortunately, their home was foreclosed upon shortly thereafter.  Jeff and his family were forced to live in the street.  Jeff's wife moved back to Pottstown to live with her mother with their children.  Jeff is homeless and disabled and lives on the street.  He is a 1995 graduate of Temple University.  He has a son Kyle who is in the ROTC.
I checked out his story with the Veterans Association.  I'm trying to bring Jeff's family back together for the Christmas holidays.  My goal is to help Veterans who fought for my freedom and keep them from living on the streets.  Please help Jeff.
