Cadmang Elem. school. Philippines.

I came across Cadmang Elementary school while in the Philippines. There are 193 students and 8 teachers. The school is in serious need of repairs, out of six buildings two need to be torn down due to structural failures, the remaining buildings need new roofs.  They have one functional toilet and no dining facility. I hope that by using this site it will help me provide the school either a safe and dry classroom or at least more functioning toilets for the kids. I have talked to the principle and the president of the PTA of the school and they are desprate for any kind of help, please watch the videos below for thier message.  Imagine being a student or teacher here or if this was the only place your child could go for school. The school has gotten some donations in the form of computers and a filtered drinking water system.

School Layout. B4 is not currently being used, it has been condemed by the school district as unsafe, it is scheduled for demolition. B5 has been divided in half for the office and the computer lab.  B1 and B2 are useable but are in need of repairs.

This school is 2km off the main highway and overlooked by officials. I strongly believe that if someone doesn't step in to help, then this school will fall down and the kids of this area will continue to be overlooked and miss out on a future. I have made it my mission to see that that doesn't happen. Help me help this school and these kids. As we all know kids are the future.
