Camo's MRI/ surgery and recovery

Camo is our pride and joy, loves everyone and everything. He has had a rough go in life. At around 1 year old he tore his Acl in his left rear leg then after the 6 k surgery to fix that one he tore the right one. There were a few complications with the right one causing 5 total surgeries on that leg.
He is not by any means our pet... he is our 4 legged son. And after all the surgeries he kept his wonderful disposition always smiling, and because of all the surgeries he took steroids to help with arthritis, only to make him anaemic and caused iron deficiency and he had to receive shots and blood work on a weekly basis.
He has been worry free for about 3 years enjoying life, in turn brightened ours and everyone's around him.
Now a new chapter started a few days ago. His mom noticed he was dragging his legs and was being clumsy. I came home from work to see what was wrong to find his back legs barely coordinated with his front legs and he kept falling. We took him to the ER to get him checked and the doctor said there are a few possibilities as to why his legs are doing what they are. He scheduled us to see a neurologist and now we got the great news that without all the testing they cannot determine the best way to treat him. The wow factor was the bill the wrote up as an estimate and they need half up front. We are financially strapped and still paying off the loan we took out for the other surgeries.
We are not the type of people to ask for handouts and I have pride ...... but I don't know what to do!
His name is Camo Spicer and you can find his fb page under that name.
Any help would be greatly appreciated and all money will go to his recovery!
Thank you.
Camo's dad.
