Camp Horizon's Kitchen Remodel

For over 60 years, thousands of meals have been prepared on our ranges and in our ovens; first for U.S.  Air Force personnel and, for the past four      decades for our campers with special needs.  To continue preparing nutritional meals on-site,  we need to bring our fire  suppression system and cooking equipment up to a standard acceptable to the Fire Marshal. 
We desperately need your help in raising enough money to cover the cost of the new cooking equipment, demolition and removal of the old components,  construction and permits.

We must raise $65,000.00 of the $90,000.00 needed to cover the cost of new cooking equipment and, new exhaust and fire suppression systems by April 1, 2017 in order to open our tent flaps in June of 2017.  

No donation is too small, any amount is greatly appreciated. Please open your hearts and checkbooks so we may continue to provide a unique summer
camp experience to youth and adults with disabilities and, much needed respite for the families who care for their loved ones 24/7. 

Lions Camp Horizon is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation providing recreational, educational  and social activities for individuals with developmental and medical disabilities.
