My name is Kilroy Love - You can refer to me as Noah.
I moved to New York City eight years ago with a little less than 500 hundred dollars - no where to live and not sure what was next.
From the moment I landed in NYC on September 10th, I've been working at building something greater than myself.
I've been blessed to work with Carlos Campos as my first major NYFW show. I walked for small designers with Brooklyn Fashion Week and eventually worked with them as a runway coach.
In 2010 I met a young lady by the name of Adriana, who quickly became a huge inspiration and mentor. I worked with Adriana during her AMco clothing brand development - I assisted with design, pop us events, online sales, and our very first independently produced fashion show. My history with AMco evolved as the business evolved.
When Amco became a production company and started producing NYFW I was elated when I was asked to come on board as the Runway Coach - I served for exactly 8 years and I'm so blessed for the experience.
With this experience, and my experience with consulting Agencies such as Chase Models, Red Models, Q Models and State Model agency, I've grown to love the work that goes into developing Models.
With all of the work that I've done over the course of the last eight years - I've come to a very important moment in my life - Entrepreneurship - A moment for me to put everything I've learned into one overall company, my company, iA Management - Talent & Development.
iA Management is a direct response to my work with my independent brand IAMNOAHLOVE ; I work to increase the value of others, providing more than just a runway a course or conversation, I aiming to pour into models, brands, business the necessity of self worth and purpose. Iamnoahlove was is a brand initiative that simply allowed me to share my story, empower others, converse with young men and women who either relate or perhaps have a desire to do something greater than themselves. This is also the connection of my podcast NoahOnlineThePodcast - I share what it means to be purposeful, dedicated, alive, aware - but most important - YOU!
What I'm asking for :
I'm asking you, the powerful and inspirational, you to help me achieve something that is greater than you or myself. And you can do this by making a contribution that connects you for life to my mission to inspire, educate, and build talent / brands / individuals who see something bigger than themselves.
Office space -
I'm looking to move to my team of 5 from working in my apartment to a actual office space. This will also help with brokering deals, housing a training space within our location and provide us the space and time to take on more clients

Term : 1 year
*** We are only asking to raise 3 months of Rent
Agent Fees -
New York City requires that I pay an annual fee of $850 for a team bigger than 4 people.
We are asking to raise for our first renewal in June 2019
Photography Set -
Building a full service team and curriculum, I'm raising funds to buy a full in house photography studio set for my team to utilize - this will cut our monthly cost 445 for renting equipment

Many of our clients, talents, and students come to us with very little to no funding available to make their dreams reality in any fashion.

We are raising Working Capital to sponsor 5 Models.
We are looking to raise funds by October 1st to start our 4th quarter off strong to set up our exciting year of 2019.

My dream isn't about me, nor has it ever been - we want to add value to smaller brands, to dreams, to the constant growth of entrepreneurship amongst our youth, specifically minorities. With your help, we can do this and so much more!
